200 mg vaginally at night...not taking it orally as doctor says kidney as  it goes through makes 200mg into 45

taking prometrium 100 mg times 2 at night but also have sv2 prometrium which is 200 mg where I would just take one vaginally at night .equals same as prometrium

HCG BETA LEVELS-12 days past ovulation

12 days past ovulation 198

The test beta Hcg came in  I am at 198. I  was aprox 12 days after ovulation when that test was done .

being that I figure I ovulated aprox on September 16 th ,2011. Within 72 hours numbers are required to double to be healthy . Wish me luck !!!!
oh yes ...I found out  they at least just want to see 66% in 48-72 hrs

this is a rough estimate because it takes a general cycle I know I did not ovulate till after september 14th ,which was my day 17
their calculations are based on a 28 day cycle,mine is obviously longer then that
it says conception was September 11th, my clear blue monitor did not reach the 3rd level till September 14th
so I had not ouvlated oon September 11th as yet! I figure it was about september 15-16 that I ovulated.
so this is about 4-5 days off of my actual cycle.

I figure this is more to my actual cycle.I altered the starting menstrual date to get this ..As I certainly did not ovulate on day 14!

I was placed on prometrium vaginaly at night 200 and will take progesterone
lozengers 200 during the day orally.When taken orally as it goes through the kidneys it willprobably end up being only 45 of progesteron.

Normally prometrium is prescribed orally but the doctor states that as I Am covered under my benefits this is just as effective to use vaginally instead of the expensive choice of crinone, etc..like I was in the past  at other fertility clinics that I at this time don't care to comment on their ethics!

My blood work was taken yesterday and I have another follow up next tuesday .Took another CLear blue test just to see and it says 2-3 weeks as before.Next digital pregnancy test I take will be on Monday.
I don't have any numbers to measure HCG levels as yet that I Have till I get reports back from the doctor .
By next week I;ll only have yesterdays results when I see him and on that day I take another test and we will see in a few days how much it has raised since then .Technically for those who do not know you have48-72 hours for the levels to double in a healthy pregnancy .

First round of progesterone will be till week nine
preg vit the doctor says till NOvember 21 st ,2011

called the doctor's office for blood test to test HCG levels this morning
September 14 was when the monitor first detected the surge so I figure at least September 16 th I ovulated.
about 10 days past ovulation.I really hope this pregnancy sticks this time.We have had the loss of twins at 21 weeks . and just in July an early pregnancy where hcg did not double .The monitor at that time showed
1-2 weeks 14 days after ovulation so I am hoping this is a better sign with the dates

My first Entry September 2011

Well it has been a long road for me . I suffer from Insulin resistance so it has been a hard time in the past getting pregnant and at the same time I have lost three pregnancies.One of which was twins :(

This is a blog to document my cycles and my journey to conceive


July 23rd,2011- was not able to monitor .Up at the cottage celebrating our tenth anniversary and did not have my clear blue monitor.
August 29th .2011 - was when my next period started.I am not suprized as I have found I can go up to day 24 before I ovulate .I have done both the clear blue and morning temp methods combined to verify my conclusions !
Summary - my July-August cycle was 38 days , theoretically , I ovulated  on day 24 as that would of been  14 days before my cycle begun again .

Today  September 14 th ,2011
my clear blue monitor is at the third bar.Hence I will ovulate in the next 24-36 hours
on day 11 I was on two bars ,which was September 8th ,2011
